CONSULTATION
During your first session we will discuss what you are looking to accomplish. You will be given a strength test to evaluate your current fitness and skill level, address any physical or medical concerns or limitations, and devise a workout and nutrition program to best fit your needs.


WORKOUT

One on one 30 Minute total body workout two times a week in a private gym.
Spend less than 1% of your weekly time in the gym!


NUTIRITON
Whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain, enhancing athletic performance, or maintenance, there's a program for you. The nutrition program uses techniques to balance the blood sugar to get your body working more effectively and efficiently to burn body fat more consistently. Using whole foods with a variety of choices to make your own meals within the programs guidelines you will keep a nutrition journal which allows me to better show you how to acclimate the program into your everyday individual schedule.
